EXCHANGE

At Limerick By Abirr n’ Nanki we are committed to ensuring the highest level of service. While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not completely satisfied you can exchange your order. Please notify us via email of your intent to return within 2 working days of receipt of your purchase(s). If you are a first time customer and you have made a mistake in selecting your size, you don’t have to worry. We will exchange it for you subject to the following conditions:

  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • Item(s) must be returned in the original condition received. All garment tags must still be attached and any packaging provided is considered part of the product and must be returned to initiate an exchange.
  • Products that are not purchased in any sale / promotion organized by Limerick by Abirr N’ Nanki.
  • Altered products as per the specifications/measurements provided by you.
  • All custom made orders are non-returnable.
  • All early delivery orders will be considered as custom made.

In any circumstances, if you receive a product in damaged condition mail us at online.store@limerickdesigns.in or contact us on +91 7290070035 with a picture and order number of the product and our customer support will guide you on how to go further with it.

If the requisite size/design is not available immediately, refunds will not be made. Instead we will issue coupons which you can redeem against a purchase within the next 90 days.

Note – If you purchase a product from any sale or offer then that product is not eligible for exchange until and unless the product you have received differs from the one that you ordered. We do not give any refund or return on our products bought from Sale or an Offer.

To arrange a return, please follow the steps below:

Send a mail to online.store@limerickdesigns.in with the requisite information (Order number and reason for return).

Return the goods within 10 business days of receiving it, in unused condition, along with the original tags and the original sales invoice. Please use the services of a trusted courier agency of your choice to return the product.
Please ensure that the return packets are securely packaged to avoid damage of goods in transit. If found damaged, the goods will not be replaced or refunded.
No Products bought online on or through our website or any third party can be exchanged at our offline store or any Trunk Show in any circumstances.

Once we receive the shipment(s)

Our team will determine if it is fit for replacement and send you a mail informing you of the same.

If deemed fit for return, we will replace the returned items (subject to availability) or else issue a refund coupon for the same amount.

The refund coupon must be redeemed against a purchase made in the next 90 days.

The replaced item will be dispatched to your address immediately.

If deemed not fit for return, we will send the goods back to you.

Note – Customers cannot return or exchange an item which has been purchased online 3rd party website at any of our retail stores or vice versa. Customers cannot return or exchange an item which has been purchased on discount.
Processing and closing of an exchange issue may take 10 business days at our end.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Return the goods within 10 business days of receiving it, in unused condition, along with the original tags and packaging. To do so, you could use the services of a trusted courier service of your choice or ask for a pick up from our courier partner in your city. Our customer care team will be able to co-ordinate it for you if the service is available in your region.
Please ensure that the return packets are securely packaged to avoid further damage of goods in transit. If found damaged, the goods will not be replaced or refunded.

If deemed fit for return, we will replace the returned items (subject to availability), free of cost or else refund you for the cost of the goods in form of a credit note which you can redeem online for your future purchases.

  • We will arrange a pick up for the package after contacting you.
  • If deemed not fit for return, we will send the goods back to you.

Processing and closing of a replacement /refund issue may take at least 10 business days or more at our end.
